Liquid epoxy material is mostly used as drag reducing inner coating for long distance pipeline.

Liquid epoxy coating is A, B two-component normal temperature curing coating based on epoxy modified resin, epoxy resin is film forming material, and amine curing agent is used as curing agent.Components A and B of the coating are fully mixed and sprayed onto the inner wall of the pipe to form A film.The adoption of liquid epoxy as the resistance reducing inner coating can greatly reduce the resistance of pipeline transportation, improve the flow of medium, increase the conveying capacity, reduce the total project cost and save the power consumption.

  The anti-corrosive coating of the steel pipe consists of three layers: the first layer of epoxy powder (FBE ≥ 120um), the second layer of adhesives (AD ≥ 170um), the third layer of polyethylene (PE ≥ 2.5-3.7mm), and the materials of the three layers are integrated into one, and are firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosive coating. 3PE epoxy powder anti-corrosive coating has strong corrosion resistance, simple and convenient construction, and its service life can reach 50 years. It also has good corrosion resistance and impact resistance at low temperature, and has the advantages of high epoxy strength, low water absorption of PE and good softness of hot melt adhesives, so it has high anti-corrosion reliability.
